Good Manufacturing Practices for Food according to Malaysia Standard MS 1514:2009

Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) provide a set of fundamental food hygiene principles that food/food packaging/feed processing establishment should adhere in order to ensure the safety and wholesomeness of products.  This system is one of the prerequisite in HACCP system. GMP covers all aspects of processing starting from receiving of the raw materials till delivery of products that included control in operation, premises,  equipment, personal hygiene, internal inspection, training and management roles to ensure this system able to control the hygiene and safety of food sold in the country to protect public health.
